Guilherme and the seven guys
Trip: San Blas
When: October 2019
When we first book our trip to spend some days on a boat we never thought we were going to have one of the best experiences of our life’s.
Some of us had traveled all over the world, doing all kinds of activities but we got really surprised. Most because we did not only have a wonderful time, but because we made somer very good friends, our new family. These guys are the best. They made us feel like we were part of their family and made us felt like we were at home. We love making part of it. Helping and feeling as if we were truly living there. We had not even one boring moment. We were always doing something. Snorkeling, spear fishing, exploring an island, having bonfires or just having good and long conversations, drinking some good wine, at the table after the best meals ever. Dani and Ana have two kids, Olivia and Theo and I can describe how lovely they are. Thinking about them makes me miss them so much that I would go back there today. It was so hard to say goodbye to these little kids. We signed up for some days at a boat and ended up with a new family!
Counting time to go back!

Anna and Daniel exceeded all expectations – they helped me sort out transportation to and from their catamaran and were very welcoming as soon as I stepped on board. They took me to some beautiful islands and cooked amazing food every day. Would definitely recommend and wished I had stayed longer!

Our stay on the Bay Dreamer was simply breathtaking. Anna and Daniel and their two children Olivia and Theodore are amazing and we felt like part of the family from the first day on. Anna and Daniel took perfect care of us. There was always super good food (for example pancakes, freshly caught lobster and fish). Every day Daniel headed for a new island. Each one is more paradisiacal than the other with wonderful sandy beaches, palm trees and crystal clear water. Daniel went snorkelling with us and always showed us the best reefs to explore the underwater world. We had a wonderful time on the Bay Dreamer and the San Blas Islands which we owe to Daniel, Anna, Oliva, Theodore and Bruno. Thank you very much for making our stay a really special experience.

I simply cannot over state how amazing my experience with Baydreamer was. Beautiful boat, phenomenal food, unreal exotic destinations; this was the penultimate experience of my life. I did not believe a stay at sea could be this comfortable. The Baydreamer family are the real deal. Incredibly genuine people, they’ve been doing this for 10 years and I’m pretty sure they’ve figured out the secret to life. Daniel is up at dawn baking fresh bread for breakfast, he’ll take you spear fishing in the afternoon and in the evening turn the catch of the day into prime sea-food barbecue. Anna and the kids are a pleasure.

Thank you so much for a trip of a lifetime. Your hospitality exceeded all expectations and we appreciate you letting us into your home. We loved the food, the boat, the islands, the water, spearfishing, snorkeling, paddle-boarding, playing with the kids and learning about your family. It was eye-opening and something we will never forget. We cant thank you enough.

We had an amazing time at the Baydreamer. First things first, don’t worry about the children. They are the sweetest and no bother at all! We loved them. Daniel and Anna are great hosts, going out of their way making sure everything is the way you want it to be. You feel part of the family but you are also spoiled: fresh lobster, BBQ on the boat, beers, wine, snorkeling, spearfishing, great breakfast, visiting different islands (and not the standard touristy ones!) and for us, a special proposal package on a deserted bounty island. Just perfect!

Daniel and Anna are the hosts and skippers and they are super friendly, very experienced and are doing their best to make our cruising unforgettable (and they really got it!). Fresh food every day (breakfast, lunch and dinner) with fresh bread, pancakes, fruit, BBQ lobsters, crabs and fish!
They have 2 kids: super nice and lively and they played a lot with our 3 year old daughter.
Fully recommended!!!!!!!

Where: San Blas
have been sailing with this amazing family for four days and I couldn’t have chosen better people (or boat) to explore San Blas with. Both Anna and Daniel are so friendly and their children are the coolest (but wild). If you want great food choose this boat; Daniel is eager to catch fresh fish or dive for lobster (join him if you want – his experience will teach you a lot!), and Anna makes the best of it! I would also say that you should choose this boat if you want the most out of San Blas because Anna and Daniel will, as far as possible, take you to the best places (of your choice or recommended by them).

Thank you so much Daniel & Anna for such an amazing 5 days. The Catamaran was so spacious and comfortable, the food you cooked was the best we´ve had in Latin America (especially the lobster pasta!) and the places you took us were jaw dropping beautiful. You were both excellent hosts, and your adorable dog Vera! We would love to travel on Bay Dreamer again and would recommend it to anyone.
Thanks

The end of the best sailing-trip ever. The boat is beautiful, comfortable and clean, facilities are great. Anna & Daniel are friendly, great chefs and fun to hang out with. We saw a very nice small and non-touristic island, snorkeled a wreck, catched a huge fish, eaten lobsters and had the time of our life’s. Will definitely travel again with them.

I have just arrived in Cartagena following a phenomenal 6 day trip from Portobelo, Panama. It was an honour to sail on The Baydreamer, and the food, boat, crew, weather and islands were spectacular. I was also extremely fortunate to sail with 5 other generous, warm, fun and helpful individuals, who I hope now will be friends. Thanks to everyone on board for an exceptional experience!

I have just arrived in Colombia after the most amazing 6 days on the Baydreamer. Those few days are for sure one of the greatest experience of my trip!
We started of in Panama and spent three days visiting several stunning islands! We were able to spent time on the islands and swimming and snorkeling around them. Then we spent two days sailing across to Colombia.
Daniel (captain), Anna (his wife) and Katrin (crew member) made this trip extraordinary. All three of them were the nicest people! They spent a lot of time explaining their life living on a boat, sailing and their travels. There were very thoughtful and always made sure we were having a great time!
They cooked the most delicious food for us! It was for me the best food of my whole trip!
The boat is absolutely beautiful! It is very new and clean. It is their home and so is very well kept and organised. It has everything you can think of on it. We were a group of 6 and there was plenty of space for all of us. I really enjoyed having a smaller group as we really got to know each other and became good friends.
I would strongly recommend to anyone to sail on the Baydreamer! It is the most extraordinary experience with the most amazing people!

A GREAT TRIP on A GREAT BOAT I arrived in Panama City without really knowing how I would make it to Columbia. Asked around, and the boat finally seemed to be a good option. So I went for the first on the board in Luna’s Castle : “Bay Dreamer : Departure 13/6”. Luckiest pick ever !!! Not only the islands were gorgeous, but all the other ingredients for the “great time recipie” were inclueded : Amazing food, brand new boat, adorable people, tones of activities and nice familial atmosphere . In one word Daniel and his crew gave us an unforgettable crossing. I would recommend the S/Y Bay Dreamer to anyone. Thanks again for the great trip.
