After 2 days of night sailing we are now only 100 nm from Athens where we need to be on the latest the 15:th of July. We had a great mix of winds on the way down here and yesterday offered pretty tough winds up to 32 knots straight in our face for almost 8 hours. Me and Patrik had a good time tacking the boat towards our destination with speeds up to 9 knots mean while the rest of the group mainly sat inside “enjoying” the cruise.
Anna was skipping the boat for real the first time yesterday night and she did a awesome job, bringing up and down the sail – navigating and tacking us almost 40 miles during the darkness- good work Anna
We currently “parked” in a really small but super nice port in a place called Navpaktos there we will try to find water today. It was a week ago we filled up our water tanks and we are almost empty- I seriously need to get a water-maker.
