Time was flying: Didn’t I just spend my first night on the boat?? my heart beating fast – after my first night watch alone??
Each and every day passed by with no stress and hassle, just easy decisions – like – in San Blas – should we stay another night here in Lemmon Cays or head over to Coco Bandera for a Coconut on the beach?? Should we explore the Island – or check out the Reef instead?? Should we eat Lobster or Fish for Dinner ?? Should I make one– or better – two more Chocolate/Banana Cakes ??
I simply loved the easiness of that life, and the relaxed attitude Daniel and Anna shared. And not to forget Vera, who found some dog-friends in Portobelo and who is just fun to watch-when she scratches her belly on a coconut or stands like The Queen herself on the Paddle Board. Only the waving is missing 🙂
( by the way – Daniel I am really looking forward to a Vera-the Sailor story again 🙂
I am really happy, that I changed ships – to experience life on a Catamaran – and that I got to know all the backpacker Crew we had, and the funny Brazilians with their Drone. Best toy for boys.
Sitting at the Airport in Panama – heading back to Germany, looking out the window of this rainy day, makes the whole time even more vivid and heart warming.
Thank you so much for the time , I even learned on my last 4 hours on the boat – how to behave during a drift :-)) ( when the anchor is not holding)
