Almost a week has passed already with our first guest. It has been great to have Marcus, Morgan, Mats and little Nicole on-board and we have had a wonderful week together.
It was a nice experience to have guests on-board the boat- it actually worked out better than expected. We had some worries that it would feel crowded with four extra people on-board but that was not the case at all. Everyone helped out on the boat and booth Marcus and Mats was “killers” in the kitchen so we have them to thank for many good meals.

To have kids on-board is not a problem- to be honest, it´s fun to have kids on-board- they always have something going on and you don’t have to worry about what to do next. I think this kind of boat is perfect for having kids on board, even when sailing in pretty high speed or in rough sea the boat is very stabile and it´s pretty safe to move around on the boat.
We started of with a couple of hours sailing to Sarandé in Albania where we had the biggest dinner you can imagine almost for free- I have never seen a ten year old little man (Morgan) eat so much octopus in my entire life?!!? This guy Morgan is almost as crazy as his father Marcus, he was dragging after the boat in a safety harness almost all the way to Albania – I am not kidding- he was in the water for at least three hours.
At first I was worried that we would have zero wind all week but the wind was really on our side and we had some really good sailing almost every time we went out on the sea.
After Albania we sailed along Corfu’s east coast and we found our self a couple of really nice places. San Stefano is one of the places we enjoyed most, it´s a small pretty village with a couple of restaurants just by the sea front.
Mats that are into all different kinds of martial arts took his time and trained both Anna and me almost on a daily basis- thank you for that!
Nicole that was the youngest (7 years of age) person on-board fell in love with Bay Dreamer. When she was on the boat she didn’t want to leave and when she did leave the boat she just wanted to go back. This little girl didn´t just make me the captain walk the plank she also made us all sing along to the Swedish song “Sjörövar fabbe”- we had a good time together and Vera (our dog) got really depressed when she left.
Mats and Nicole went back to Sweden and Marcus and his son Morgan continued down south to Athens with the big ferries for more adventures- we wish you all the best!
We want to thank you for all generosity this week and also for the amazing gift we got before you left- (A MEGA COOL HARPOON), we really hope that all of you will come back and visit us again!
thanks for a wonderful week it was totally amazing. Mats and Nicole
