Has the weather phenomenon El Niño turned Nuku Hiva into a glacier? Or are we getting closer to a new ice age? Whats going on????
No worries! Everything is in order and Bay Dreamer is still on floating. Our close friend Adrian is acting as captain together with Vera as his first mate aboard our boat meanwhile me & Anna is back in Sweden on a a little personal mission!
We left Nuku Hiva on the 25th of January and it took us almost 3 days until we landed on Arlanda airport. It felt strange to step out from the terminal and set foot on Swedish soil after 3 whole years at sea. It´s freezing cold over here and we had to wear normal shoes for the first time in a long long time!
Our flight back to French Polynesia is booked for the 27th of may and we can´t wait until we can wear our “flip-flop-outfit” again.
Next season will be super intense and we have many amazing adventures coming up; Cook islands, Niue, Samoa, Tonga, Fijji, New Zealand is just some of the places we will visit together with our new crew-mates!
