It was a nice feeling when our West-Pacific-Crew arrived to Marina Papeete two days ago. At 11.30 we finished of the last project on-board Bay Dreamer and we barely made it in time to the marina before it was time to meet everybody for the first time!
Will, Julian, Mylene, Nicole and our one and only Jacky-boy seems to get along super good and both Anna and me are 100% sure this will be super successful trip!
We decided to set of to Moorea early Saturday morning and spend 2 days over here before we head back to Tahiti to get some parts that are coming in from the USA! We had to order 2 new hatches + a new Garmin plotter a couple of weeks ago. These parts will hopefully be the last things that needs to be replaced for long time ahead- probably not huh?
Moorea isn’t a bad place to kill time! The crew has been out hiking, shilling with a bunch of sharks and I get the feeling that they already have started to get to know the boat pretty well.
Baby Oliva had a pretty adventures day today! Meanwhile the guys were out hiking Anna, Olivia and I took the paddle-board to the beach and Olivia had her first “ocean-swimming-experience” ever! How cool is that??? Yesterday we mounted her own little hammock she got from her Granddad Håkan before we left Sweden- it was a great success and she most likely have a new favourite spot onboard!
