Gibraltar

Yesterday night we arrived to Gibraltar after a 500 mile sail from Mallorca that took us 5 days. This was the best 5 sailing days for me so far,  no seasickness at all and its getting easier and easier with the night watches, one night I even talked with another sailing boat on the VHF! Im so proud! I am still a bit scared of the big tankers during the nightwatches and I can tell you that there are a lot of them around Gibraltar.

One thing though:  I’m using some plasters for the seasickness and I think they effects my eye sight and I don’t know what is worst- the sea sickness or being blind?!…. maybe i should read about the side effects?

Its something with Vera and the dolphins, she notice them way before we do and when they are around the boat she gets so exited that she literally shit her self?!. She’s still not a big fan of “doing it” on the boat but she is slowly getting better and better with this matter.

Haha Anna, maybe that is what the plaster do. It makes you blind so you don’t know you’re at sea?

    Anyway, good for you 🙂
    Love you Örjan and Monica
